Job Description – Senior Sales Executive (Projects)
Department: Project Sales
Position: Senior Sales Executive – Architectural Hardware & Aluminium Railings
Location: Central Kerala (Ernakulam-based, with travel across Thrissur, Alappuzha, Kottayam, Idukki, Pathanamthitta)
Reporting to: Sales Head / Managing Partner
Company: Tozty International, Authorised Distributor – Asian Paints, Nippon Paints, ABRO, Kingston, AdSil, Aldura, Maa Panel & others.
Scope of Role
This role focuses on project-based business development, targeting builders, contractors, fabricators, architects, and real estate developers for:
Architectural Hardware (door/window accessories, glass fittings, floor springs, patch fittings, etc.)
Aluminium Railing Systems (balcony handrails, staircase railings, glass railing profiles, etc.)
Alongside cross-selling high-demand construction consumables like Silicone Sealants, PU Foam, Spray Paints, Tapes, Grouts, and other specialty products.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
🔹 Project Sales & Client Acquisition
Identify, approach, and convert project-based clients in Central Kerala – builders, real estate developers, architects, interior designers, and government/PSU contractors.
Present complete product solutions with technical specs and pricing based on project BOQs/drawings.
Conduct site visits, participate in client meetings, and give product demos where required.
Maintain strong engagement through the design–execution–handover phases of a project.
🔹 Product Promotion & Sales Closure
Promote Tozty's portfolio of:
Architectural hardware (floor hinges, patch fittings, handles, etc.)
Aluminium railings and glass balustrade systems.
Construction consumables like GP Sealants, Weatherproof Sealants, PU Foam, Spray Paints, Cleaners, and Adhesives.
Collaborate with application teams or fabricators for installations if needed.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to project-wise revenue goals.
🔹 Market Intelligence & Reporting
Track upcoming residential and commercial projects via field visits and local contacts.
Provide competitor analysis, price trends, and feedback on product quality or delivery challenges.
Submit timely reports on pipeline, quotations, collections, and market developments.
📌 Candidate Profile
✅ Qualifications
Any degree or diploma (Civil/Mechanical/Architecture/Marketing background preferred)
✅ Experience
1–3 years experience in project sales, preferably in:
Architectural hardware, aluminium profiles, railing systems
Construction consumables, sealants, adhesives, or glass hardware industry
