E-Commerce Executive

Job Description

Responsible for driving the growth and success of our online business. Overseeing all aspects of e-commerce operations, from website optimization and user experience to inventory management, order fulfillment, customer service, and marketing activities. Ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with a deep understanding of digital marketing, customer experience, and e-commerce technologies. Oversee the listing of products on the website, including product descriptions, pricing, and images. Manage inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment. Collaborate with marketing to create compelling product listings and promotion Manage the entire order fulfillment process, from order placement to shipping and delivery. Ensure accurate order processing and efficient inventory management. Coordinate with logistics and shipping providers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. Manage customer inquiries and complaints via various channels (phone, email, chat). Ensure customer satisfaction and build positive customer relationships. Implement and manage customer service policies and procedures. Develop and implement online marketing strategies to drive traffic and sales. Manage social media marketing, email marketing, and other online advertising channels. Track and analyze marketing campaign performance and ROI. Monitor and analyze e-commerce performance metrics (sales, website traffic, customer acquisition cost, etc.). Generate reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators. Identify areas for improvement and recommend data-driven solutions.
