E-Commerce Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our online sales channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platforms, including product listing, inventory management, promotions, and customer support coordination. This role plays a key part in driving sales and improving the overall user experience across our digital storefronts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage product listings across various e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, etc).

•Monitor and update product inventory, pricing, and content regularly

•Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely order fulfillment and shipping

•Track sales performance, analyze traffic and conversion data, and prepare performance reports

•Implement and manage promotional campaigns, offers, and discounts

•Handle customer queries, complaints, and reviews professionally

•Ensure SEO best practices are applied to all product content

•Collaborate with marketing and design teams for content and ads

•Keep up to date with industry trends and competitor activities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field
• minimum 1 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing required.
• Strong knowledge of online marketplaces and content management systems
• Proficiency in Excel and e-commerce analytics tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.

Preferred skills :

• Experience with platforms like Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Shopify, etc.
• Basic knowledge of digital advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
• Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar
• Graphic design or photo editing skills is a plus
