Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an E-commerce Executive located in Bengaluru. The E-commerce Executive will be responsible for managing online sales channels, developing and executing sales strategies, overseeing account management, analyzing sales data.

Responsibilities

• Product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory management to maximize sales and minimize stockouts.• Monitor customer reviews, feedback, and inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues promptly.• Coordinate with various marketplaces Support/POC and ensure active listings • Manage and optimize our website and online store on various marketplaces.• Prepare and analyse various inventory and sales reports on Excel

Qualification

Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Intermediate/ Advanced MS Excel skills
