Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage and update product listings across eCommerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, company website, etc.).
Monitor product visibility, pricing, and promotions.
Coordinate with marketplaces for campaigns, offers, and ad placements.
Analyze sales data, generate reports, and track performance.
Ensure smooth order processing, inventory management, and timely dispatch.
Handle customer queries, reviews, and returns in coordination with support teams.
Work with the marketing team to improve product SEO and visibility.
Stay updated with latest eCommerce trends and competitors’ strategies.

Key Skills Required

Knowledge of eCommerce platforms (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.).
Strong analytical & reporting skills (Excel/Google Sheets).
Basic understanding of digital marketing (SEO, Ads, Campaigns).
Good communication and coordination skills.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
