Job Description

Job Title: E-commerce Account Executive (Shopify & Digital Ads Specialist) We are looking for a results-driven E-commerce Account Executive to own the day-to-day operations and growth of our Shopify store. You will be responsible for ensuring our product catalog is world-class, our website is conversion-optimized, and our paid advertising campaigns (Google and Meta) are delivering high ROI. This is a 360-degree role that bridges e-commerce operations with performance marketing. Key Responsibilities Shopify Store Management: Oversee the daily operations of the Shopify dashboard, including theme updates, app integrations, and ensuring a seamless checkout experience. Catalog & Listings: Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle. This includes creating high-converting product listings with SEO-friendly titles, detailed descriptions, and optimized imagery. Inventory Coordination: Monitor stock levels and update availability across the website to prevent overselling or stockouts. Advertisement Management: Google Ads: Plan, execute, and optimize Search, Shopping, and Display campaigns. Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram): Manage ad sets, targeting, and creative testing to drive traffic and conversions. Performance Tracking: Analyze key metrics (CAC, ROAS, Conversion Rate, AOV) using Shopify Analytics and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to provide weekly performance reports. CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization): Identify friction points in the customer journey and implement A/B tests or site improvements to boost sales. Required Skills & Qualifications Platform Expertise: Proven experience managing Shopify stores (experience with "Liquid" for basic code changes is a plus). Advertising Mastery: Hands-on experience with Google Ads Manager and Meta Ads Manager with a track record of managing budgets effectively. SEO Knowledge: Ability to write SEO-optimized copy for products and collections to drive organic traffic. Data Literacy: Proficiency in GA4 and Excel/Google Sheets for data modeling and reporting. Creative Eye: Ability to brief designers or use basic tools (e.g., Canva, AI image editors) to ensure ad creatives and banners are high-quality. Soft Skills: Excellent time management, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
