E-Commerce Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Ecommerce Executive with hands-on experience in managing day-to-day ecommerce operations. The role involves end-to-end marketplace management, inventory control, order processing, and coordination with vendors and customers to ensure smooth operations across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Inventory Management
• Monitor stock levels across marketplaces and internal systems
• Coordinate with vendors and warehouse teams to avoid stock-outs and overstocking
• Ensure timely order processing, dispatch, and delivery
• Track order status and resolve fulfillment-related issues
• Perform regular sales, payment, and inventory reconciliation
• Identify discrepancies and coordinate with marketplaces and internal teams for resolution
• Create, update, and optimize product listings
• Ensure accurate product information, pricing, and images across platforms
• Coordinate with vendors for pricing, stock availability, and dispatch timelines
• Maintain strong vendor relationships for smooth supply flow
• Manage customer at store, queries, complaints, and returns professionally
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and quick resolution of issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in ecommerce operations
• Hands-on experience with marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart,Myntra and more etc. – preferred)
• Strong understanding of inventory control and reconciliation
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
