About the Role

We’re looking for a results-driven E-commerce Executive to join our growing team. If you’re passionate about online marketplaces, understand the nuances of digital sales, and enjoy optimizing product listings and campaigns, this role is for you!

You’ll be responsible for managing our presence across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, and many more, ensuring everything from listings to logistics runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage product listings across multiple marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.)
  • Optimize titles, descriptions, images, keywords, and backend fields to maximize visibility and conversion
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, inventory, and pricing strategies
  • Coordinate with internal teams for stock planning, order fulfillment, and returns
  • Run promotions, coupons, and ads as per business goals
  • Keep track of competitor trends, pricing, and offers
  • Collaborate with customer support to resolve marketplace issues and maintain high ratings
  • Generate weekly and monthly performance reports

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in managing e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.)
  • Self-driven and proactive – takes ownership of tasks without constant supervision
  • Strong leadership mindset – can take charge, manage projects, and lead initiatives
  • Disciplined and dependable – meets deadlines, maintains processes, and follows through
  • Excellent relationship management – works well with internal teams, vendors, and platform reps
  • Committed and consistent – aligned with long-term brand goals and quality standards
  • Good understanding of product listings, keyword optimization, and basic ad campaigns
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
