E-commerce platform management: Manage and update the company's website content, products, and overall online presence. Digital marketing: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies, including SEO/SEM and social media, to drive traffic and increase online sales. Sales and performance analysis: Monitor and analyze sales data and key performance metrics to identify trends, improve conversion rates, and report on performance. Customer experience: Work to enhance the user experience on the website and manage customer inquiries and support. Operations and logistics: Coordinate with the design team for visual merchandising and oversee order fulfillment and timely delivery with logistics partners. Market research: Conduct competitor analysis and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
