Position: E-Commerce Executive

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive who has hands-on experience managing product listings, resolving platform queries, and handling day-to-day operations on marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, and other e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate must be familiar with e-commerce workflows and capable of supporting the company’s online business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage product listings on various e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
• Upload and update product details, images, pricing, and descriptions.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams to maintain stock accuracy.
• Track daily orders, returns, and cancellations.
• Resolve issues and queries on e-commerce seller portals.
• Analyse product performance and generate reports to identify improvement areas.
• Support digital marketing activities related to product visibility and sales enhancement.
• Maintain smooth communication with marketplace representatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in e-commerce operations or related roles.
• Knowledge of Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, or similar platforms is preferred.
• Strong understanding of product listing, catalogue management, and seller dashboard operations.
• Basic knowledge of Excel and data handling.
• Problem-solving attitude and ability to work independently.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Candidate:

Someone who has previously worked with e-commerce companies/platforms and can effectively help expand our online business presence.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
