About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Executive to manage and optimize our online sales channels. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in product listing, catalog management, marketplace operations, and digital sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update product listings, descriptions, pricing, and images across e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.)
• Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, design, inventory, logistics) to ensure smooth online operations.
• Monitor sales performance, analyze traffic and conversion reports, and identify growth opportunities.
• Handle order processing, returns, replacements, and customer feedback.
• Ensure accurate stock availability and timely updates to prevent order issues.
• Work closely with digital marketing teams to run campaigns, promotions, and discounts.
• Track competitor activities and trends to maintain a competitive edge.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly performance reports for management review.

Skills & Requirements:

• Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• freshers- 1 years of experience in E-commerce operations or online marketplace management.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms like Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, etc.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
