Salary: 45,000 to 50,000(based on interview) Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and data-driven E-Commerce & D2C Manager to lead and grow our online sales channels across marketplaces and direct-to-consumer (D2C) platforms. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic and hands-on approach to scaling e-commerce operations with a proven track record in fashion, kidswear, or consumer brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketplace Management:

Manage end-to-end operations and performance across major marketplaces including Myntra, Flipkart, Amazon, FirstCry, etc.
Optimize listings, promotions, pricing, and inventory to maximize conversions and visibility.

  • D2C Website Operations:

Oversee Shopify-based D2C website including merchandising, content updates, UX optimization, and A/B testing.
Ensure seamless customer experience and timely issue resolution.

  • Performance Marketing & Analytics:

Collaborate with marketing teams on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads for traffic generation and sales growth.
Use Google Analytics and marketplace dashboards to track key metrics, user behavior, and conversion funnels.

  • P&L Ownership:

Manage budgets, revenue targets, and profitability for both marketplace and D2C channels.
Drive cost efficiencies across logistics, returns, and marketing spends.

  • Team & Cross-Functional Coordination:

Work closely with marketing, design, operations, logistics, and customer support teams to align e-commerce goals and campaigns.
Provide leadership and support to a growing digital/e-commerce team.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in E-commerce and D2C operations, preferably in fashion, apparel, kids wear, or consumer brands.
  • Strong knowledge of marketplace ecosystems (Myntra, Flipkart, Amazon, First Cry).
  • Proficient with Shopify, Google Analytics, and digital ad platforms (Meta, Google).
  • Solid understanding of e-commerce KPIs, margins, and unit economics.
  • Strong communication, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Prior experience in the kids wear, fashion, or lifestyle segment is highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
