Job Description

Knowledge of Online Platforms: Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Blinkit, Zepto, JioMart, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket, etc.
FMCG Sales & Marketing (Rice, Pulses, Dal, Grocery Products)
Product Listing, Catalogue Management & Keyword Optimisation
Pricing Strategy, Promotions & Online Campaign Handling
Order Management, Returns & Customer Issue Resolution
Offline Sales & Distribution (Wholesalers, Retailers, Direct Buyers)
Inventory & Stock Management for Food Grains
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) & Effective Communication
Language Skills: Good English (mandatory), Basic Hindi (preferred), Tamil (local advantage)
Business Development in FMCG & Grocery Sector
Problem Solving, Multi-tasking & Startup Growth Mindset
& responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

Must have 3-
6 years of experience in FMCG sales/e-commerce operations
(rice, pulses, groceries preferred).
Hands-on knowledge of
online platforms
Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Blinkit, Zepto, JioMart, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket, etc.
Strong in
customer handling
able to attend buyers directly, visit wholesalers/retailers, and manage B2B sales.
Good at
communication
English (mandatory), Basic Hindi (preferred), Tamil (local advantage).
Proactive, energetic, and willing to manage
both online & offline responsibilities
.
Knowledge of
inventory, stock, and order management
for FMCG products.
Comfortable working full-time from
Trichy
.
Qualification:
B.Com / BBA preferred
;
MBA/PGDM in Marketing/Sales is an advantage
