Job Description

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Assistant to support daily operations across multiple international marketplaces. This is a growth-focused role ideal for someone with foundational experience in online selling platforms and a drive to take ownership with structured guidance.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations across platforms like Amazon, Walmart, Wayfair, Target, Home Depot, and eBay
Create and enhance product listings—titles, descriptions, bullet points, images, and keyword optimization
Track inventory levels, pricing strategies, and competitor benchmarks
Assist with order processing, shipment creation, and tracking workflows
Compile performance reports and interpret advertising metrics for actionable insights
Respond to customer inquiries, reviews, and return requests with professionalism
Collaborate with internal teams to update product content, pricing, and catalog accuracy

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in e-commerce operations
Familiarity with listing tools, inventory management systems, and fulfillment workflows
Basic understanding of paid advertising and performance tracking (Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, etc.)
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
