Role Description


This is a full-time on-site E-commerce Advertising and Marketplace Manager role located in Chandigarh.

  • You oversee the creation and implementation of brand strategies on a global scale. Responsibilities include managing brand consistency, conducting market research, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and developing marketing materials
  • You will be monitoring market trends, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring the brand message is strong and consistent across all channels
  • Marketplace, strategy, management, forecasts and results. These include short and long term objectives, customer metrics and overall performance. Develop reports and reporting formats.
  • Oversee the day-to-day marketplace E-commerce operations, customer service, updates, post listings, promotions, merchandising, maintenance and performance
  • Ensure that daily site maintenance is conducted; correcting product descriptions, product placement, new item posting, out of stock item removal and functionality meets and exceeds company expectations. This is a tactical job of maintenance of the site through Amazon and Channel Advisor  
  • Reconciliation of premium Marketplace listings
  • Develop time and action calendars with processes and procedures to ensure actions are successfully completed
  • Develop cost center budgets for all phases of marketplace E-commerce
  • Develop annual marketing calendars, plan the media spend, and work with internal teams to prepare all marketing deliverables
  • Shortlist, approach and negotiate with influencers to collaborate with the brand and monitor the performance, in turn coming up with list of influencers to collaborate with in the future



Qualifications


  • Experience in Brand Strategy, Market Research, and Competitive Analysis
  • Experience with E-commerce marketing and digital sales drivers with marketplace and channel advisors
  • Skilled in Project Management, Campaign Development, and Cross-functional Team Collaboration
  • Proficiency in Digital Marketing, Social Media Strategy, and Content Creation
  • Excellent Communication, Leadership, and Problem-Solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
  • Experience in global or international brand management is a plus
