Serve as the first level of support for users of
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
.
Log, track, and resolve user-reported issues through the ticketing system in a timely and effective manner.
Provide assistance with basic issues related to master data entry, system navigation, posting issues, and permission errors.
Troubleshoot and resolve common errors across various modules like
Finance
,
Sales
,
Purchase
, and
Inventory
.
Escalate L2/L3 issues to the relevant internal or external teams, ensuring clear and detailed documentation.
Generate basic reports and assist in month-end activities, if required.
Maintain and update support documentation, FAQs, and other relevant knowledge resources.
Assist in user training sessions and provide ongoing support to end-users.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience:
Minimum 1 year of experience in any ERP system (preferably
Microsoft Dynamics Business Central
or
NAV
).
Business Process Knowledge:
Good understanding of business processes such as
procurement
,
invoicing
,
inventory
, or
accounting
.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in
Microsoft Excel
and
Microsoft Office
tools.
Soft Skills:
Strong communication and documentation skills. Ability to interact effectively with end-users.
Mindset:
Quick learner with a service-oriented attitude, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

Exposure to
