Dynamics 365-Functional Analyst

Role Overview: YASH Technologies is seeking Dynamics 365 Professionals with 4-5 years of experience in D365 F&O, specifically in Finance modules. The role involves handling L2 support in Finance, contributing as a Finance Analyst, and supporting multi-country rollouts. Strong knowledge of ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms is essential, along with good communication skills for collaboration with senior analysts and business users. Key Responsibilities: - Extract requirements for complex scenarios and prototype independently. - Identify impacted modules/features/functionalities and provide high-level estimates. - Develop traceability matrix and identify transition requirements. - Good knowledge of design principles and performance engineering concepts. - Create UI/Design and business logic elements, navigation, screen flow, and layout based on applicable criteria and constraints. - Identify and apply design standards following applicable criteria and constraints. - Familiarity with industry tools and frameworks, analyze and use them based on customer requirements. - Identify and assign resources required to complete tasks, use appropriate estimation models, and track gaps between budgeted and actual spending. - Implement code or configure/customize products, drive adoption of industry standards, and contribute to the development of reusable assets and innovative solutions. - Create iteration and system integration test plan, develop and review test cases, conduct unit testing, and define metrics. - Has working knowledge of customer's business domain and technology suite, proactively suggests solutions, and understands customer's business. - Apply industry standards and practices, creating complex business models independently, and drive process improvement initiatives. - Basic knowledge of Marketing, Market Trends, Conduct Market Research, Write Blogs, and Participate in External Forums. - Good knowledge of bid process, prepare Response documents, work with Sales Team, and attend to customer requests for information on RFIs.
