Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to work with Netcom Learning , a leading global training and consulting company. About the Role: You will be responsible for designing, customizing, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. Your work will include developing plugins, workflows, integrations, and managing smooth data migrations to ensure optimal CRM platform performance. Key Responsibilities: Customize and configure Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales & Marketing modules) Develop plugins, workflows, custom modules, and integrations Create and maintain Technical Design Documents (TDD) Manage data migration — mapping, transformation, and cleansing Utilize C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML/CSS for development Collaborate with functional consultants on requirements Use Azure DevOps for code management and progress tracking Troubleshoot and support during testing and deployment Required Skills: 5+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 CRM development Strong expertise in Sales & Marketing modules, plugins, workflows, and CRM configuration Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, CSS Experience with Power Automate, Logic Apps, and Azure DevOps Share your resume at bhagchandani@aicerts.io Show more Show less
