  • Design, develop, and implement solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Engagement).
  • Customize entities, workflows, plugins, and integrations using Power Platform and .NET.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Perform data migration, system integration, and performance optimization.
  • Support and maintain existing CRM solutions and troubleshoot issues.

Required Skills:

  • Strong experience with Dynamics 365 CE, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
  • Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, and CRM SDK.
  • Experience with Azure services and integration tools.
  • Good understanding of CRM security roles, business rules, and form customizations.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
About the Role:
- The D365 CRM Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions within the Dynamics 365 CRM platform. - This role requires collaborating closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure that the CRM solutions meet their needs. - You will be tasked with optimizing existing systems and ensuring that the CRM is aligned with business processes and objectives. About the Team: - You will join a dynamic and innovative team focused on leveraging technology to enhance customer relationship management. - The team comprises skilled professionals who are committed to fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment. - Continuous learning and knowledge sharing are encouraged to keep up with the latest trends and best practices in CRM solutions. You are Responsible for: - Developing custom applications, workflows, and integrations within Dynamics 365 CRM. - Conducting thorough testing and debugging of solutions to ensure high-quality deliverables. - Providing technical support and guidance to users, resolving any issues they may encounter with the CRM system. To succeed in this role you should have the following: - Strong proficiency in Dynamics 365 CRM customization and development. - Experience with programming languages such as C# and JavaScript, and familiarity with web services and APIs. - Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail, along with the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
