Role: Dynamics 365 CRM Developer Experience: 8+ Years Location: Pan India Key Responsibilities: Customize and extend Dynamics 365 CRM , particularly the Marketing module (segments, customer journeys, email templates) Develop plugins , custom workflows , Power Automate flows , JavaScript , and Power Platform enhancements Integrate CRM with external systems via APIs , Azure services , or Power Platform components Configure CRM components: entities , forms , views , dashboards , and security roles Support activities including solution deployment , data migration , and system maintenance Collaborate with stakeholders and business analysts to translate business needs into technical solutions Requirements: 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Engagement) Strong in customizing Sales , Service , and Marketing modules Experience with Power Platform : Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI Proficient in C# , .NET , JavaScript , Fetch XML , and CRM SDK Familiarity with Dynamics 365 Marketing features like lead scoring , customer journeys , forms/emails Knowledge of CI/CD practices and solution-based deployments Preferred Qualifications: Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications Experience with Azure Functions , Power Platform , Logic Apps , and Dataverse
