Job Summary

The Dealer Network Development Manager is responsible for expanding and optimizing the dealer network through market mapping, partner identification, and seamless onboarding. The role ensures effective coordination with cross-functional teams and supports overall network performance to drive business growth.

Roles and Responsibilities

• 
  

  Drive expansion and growth of the dealer network in assigned regions.



• 
  

  Conduct market mapping, competitor study, and feasibility assessments to identify potential markets.



• 
  

  Identify, evaluate, and onboard new dealer partners in alignment with business goals.



• 
  

  Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure smooth dealer appointment and activation.



• 
  

  Monitor network performance, ensure process compliance, and support dealer improvement initiatives.



• 
  

  Maintain updated reports, dashboards, and insights for management review.



• 
  

  Support strategic planning for network optimization and long-term expansion.

Required Qualifications

  Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).




• Dealer Development, Network Expansion, or Sales Operations



• 
  

  Proven experience in evaluating and onboarding dealer partners.
