Dy. Manager-Dealer Development

As a Dealer Network Development Manager, your primary role is to expand and optimize the dealer network by conducting market mapping, partner identification, and seamless onboarding. Your key responsibilities include: - Driving expansion and growth of the dealer network in assigned regions. - Conducting market mapping, competitor study, and feasibility assessments to identify potential markets. - Identifying, evaluating, and onboarding new dealer partners in alignment with business goals. - Coordinating with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure smooth dealer appointment and activation. - Monitoring network performance, ensuring process compliance, and supporting dealer improvement initiatives. - Maintaining updated reports, dashboards, and insights for management review. - Supporting strategic planning for network optimization and long-term expansion. Your skillset should include: - Strong analytical and market research skills; ability to conduct feasibility studies and white-space analysis. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. - Strong project execution and coordination skills across cross-functional teams. - Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools. - Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. - Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail. To qualify for this role, you should have: - A Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred). - 4-8 years of professional experience in Dealer Development, Network Expansion, or Sales Operations (preferably in 4W/2W/Automotive industry). - Proven experience in evaluating and onboarding dealer partners.,
