Job Description

- Managing end to end CKD operations from scheduling to Containerisation - Preparation of EBOM, CKD BOM - RFQ prepartion for CKD , Requisitioning , PO etc - Packaging Trials , Development of packaging for each part - Design of Handling system from plant to warehouse - Containerisation plan certification - Coordinate with IO for orders to billing , Container availability - Avalability & certification of Packaging material - Quality inspection of CKD packaging - Customer feedback, analysis & improvement acrions - Material accoutning , BOM preparation, Change Management - Safety & compliance at CKD dispatch location - Coordinate with various stakeholders Plant , PPC, Supply chain, Manufacturing , IO for smooth execution of CKD dispatches - Coordinate for ordering of Supplier parts as per CKD requirement - Daily monitoring , Tracking with suppliers for part availability - Coorodinate with plant for subassembly scheduling - Shifting of parts & availability of parts at warehouse - Monitoring of inventory, Shortages Preferred Industries Automotive Industry Education Qualification B. E in mechanical /Production General Experience 5-10 Years Critical Experience System Generated Core Skills Process Design & Implementation Production Planning Customer Satisfaction Process Knowledge - Manufacturing Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC) Sourcing Supply Chain Management (SCM) System Generated Secondary Skills
