ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation and Authoring
Create, edit, and publish content (text, images, links, metadata, etc.) using Contentstack CMS.
Ensure all content is accurate, brand-compliant, and follows established content models and templates.
Maintain consistent tone, style, and voice across all digital touchpoints.
Content Structuring and Management
Work with content models, modules, and entries within Contentstack to structure content effectively.
Tag and categorize content using defined taxonomies and metadata for better organization and search optimization.
Manage localized and multi-language content versions within Contentstack.
Collaboration
Partner with content modelers, designers, and developers to ensure that content fits seamlessly within digital templates and layouts.
Coordinate with marketing and product teams to align content with business goals and campaigns.
Participate in content planning and review meetings to ensure timely delivery of updates and new content.
Quality and Optimization
Review and proofread content to ensure accuracy, readability, and SEO compliance.
Use built-in CMS workflows to submit content for review and approval.
Ensure accessibility and adherence to digital content best practices.
CMS Operations
Manage publishing workflows, scheduling, and content lifecycle within Contentstack (draft, review, publish, archive).
Maintain and update media assets (images, videos, documents) within the Contentstack DAM.
Troubleshoot basic CMS issues and collaborate with technical teams for resolution.
Governance and Documentation
Follow established content governance guidelines, brand standards, and editorial policies.
Maintain documentation for content creation processes and workflows.
Suggest improvements in authoring workflows to enhance efficiency and content quality.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience:
2–5 years of experience in digital content authoring or CMS-based publishing roles.
Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with Contentstack CMS (or similar headless CMS platforms like Contentful, AEM, or Sitecore).
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Contentstack CMS (entries, content types, environments, workflows).
Understanding of content modeling concepts and headless CMS architecture.
Familiarity with SEO principles, metadata management, and web publishing workflows.
Basic understanding of HTML, Markdown, or JSON is a plus.
Soft Skills:
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.
Collaborative mindset with strong communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple content updates in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with multi-channel content publishing (web, app, social).
Familiarity with agile environments and JIRA or other task-tracking tools.
Exposure to localization workflows and translation integrations in Contentstack.
Understanding of digital accessibility (WCAG) and best practices.
