Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Duty Officer located in Jaipur. The Duty Officer will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of facilities, providing excellent customer service, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and coordinating with various departments. They will also oversee staff performance, manage scheduling, and ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.

• Ability to lead and manage a team effectively
• Problem-solving skills and ability to handle stressful situations
• Experience in facility management and operations is a plus

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Management, or related field preferred
