Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Duty Manager role located in Hyderabad. The Duty Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure the smooth functioning of the hotel, and support staff in delivering exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities include coordinating with various departments, addressing guest concerns promptly, ensuring adherence to hotel policies, managing operational challenges, and providing leadership during assigned working hours. The role demands active problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to guests while ensuring compliance with standards and procedures to maintain operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and team management skills to oversee daily operations and support staff in achieving objectives
  • Ability to handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints effectively, and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills for coordinating with different hotel departments
  • Knowledge of hotel policies, operational SOPs, and compliance with standards
  • Proficiency in problem-solving and decision-making to handle operational challenges efficiently
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster professional interactions with both guests and team members
  • Experience in hospitality or hotel operations is preferred
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field is advantageous
