Experience Required: Minimum 2-3 Years in Hospitality Operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily hotel operations
• Manage guest relations and handle escalations
• Coordinate with all departments to maintain service quality
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and brand standards

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant hotel experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Front office or hotel management background preferred
• Familiarity with hotel management software and systems
