The Due Diligence Specialist is responsible for checking background information and assessing risks related to people, companies, and transactions. The main goal is to make sure all activities follow legal and company rules. The role includes collecting and reviewing legal, financial, and reputational information, preparing reports, and helping the team make safe and informed business decisions. Requirements: At least 2 years of experience in due diligence, compliance, or risk management. Good skills in research, analysis, and report writing. Basic understanding of AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and KYC (Know Your Customer) rules. Bachelor’s degree in Law. Knowledge of financial terms and company structures. Ability to identify high-risk individuals or companies. Careful attention to detail and accuracy. Basic experience using research tools like World-Check or LexisNexis. Good communication and documentation skills. Ability to work under deadlines. Honest, reliable, and committed to maintaining confidentiality.
