Due Diligence Specialist

You will be joining a global professional services company specializing in energy, chemicals, and resources, headquartered in Australia. As a Due Diligence Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to work closely with the existing team to deliver projects for clients while enhancing your skills and experience. You will collaborate with Worley's global Compliance team to ensure adherence to Worley's Values and Code of Conduct. Your role will involve conducting risk-based due diligence on third-party business partners to identify and mitigate risks related to ethics and compliance, including bribery, corruption, money laundering, modern slavery, sanctions, and other unethical conduct. You will also be responsible for developing and delivering compliance training sessions to Worley employees and third-party contractors, promoting ethical conduct and compliance standards. To excel in this role, you should have at least 10 years of experience in ethics and compliance, a strong grasp of Anti Bribery & Corruption laws, including FCPA and UK Bribery legislation, and knowledge of international compliance standards. You must be a self-starter, capable of working independently and collaboratively within a global team, with a high sense of responsibility, ownership, and clear communication skills. Proficiency in the English language, both written and verbal, is essential, along with excellent analytical abilities and attention to detail.
