Job Description

Manage a team of sales professionals in Chennai region
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve companys sales goals
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of competition status
Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies
Provide timely and effective solutions to customer issues, inquiries, and concerns
Conduct regular meetings with team members to ensure sales objectives are achieved
Prepare and present reports on sales performance and progress

Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field required
Proven experience in sales and team management with a minimum of 5 years
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and engage team members
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving team success
Ability to think critically and make decisions quickly
Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is a plus
