Role Description

This is a contract role for a DSA Trainer located on-site in New Delhi. The DSA Trainer will deliver training programs on Data Structures and Algorithms to corporate professionals and aspiring engineers. Responsibilities include preparing training materials, conducting training sessions, assessing trainees' performance, and providing constructive feedback. The role also involves staying updated with the latest trends and advancements in the field and ensuring that training content is current and relevant.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms
• Experience in delivering corporate and technical training programs
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to assess trainee performance and provide constructive feedback
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript is preferred
• Relevant certifications in Data Structures, Algorithms, or related fields are a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Proficiency in creating and updating training materials
