The Opportunity: Drupal Developer We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Drupal Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Drupal's architecture and a proven track record in developing custom modules, implementing sophisticated theming, and integrating with various APIs. This is a hands-on role for an immediate joiner who is passionate about building secure, scalable, and high-performance Drupal applications. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain custom Drupal modules using Hooks, Plugin system, Form API, and Entity API. Implement and work with REST, JSON:API, and GraphQL within Drupal for seamless data exchange. Design and implement Drupal themes using Twig templating engine and preprocess functions to ensure a consistent and engaging user experience. Configure and manage user roles and access control to maintain application security and data integrity. Apply best practices in securing Drupal applications, identifying and mitigating potential vulnerabilities. Integrate Drupal with various third-party APIs and external systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle, from concept to deployment and maintenance. Requirements Experience: 4+ years of professional experience in Drupal development. Custom Module Development: Strong understanding and hands-on experience with custom module development (Hooks, Plugin system, Form API, Entity API). API Integration (Drupal): Proficiency with REST / JSON:API / GraphQL in Drupal. Drupal Theming: Experience with Drupal theming using Twig and preprocess functions. Security & Access Control: Experience with user roles and access control, and a strong understanding of best practices in securing Drupal applications. Third-Party Integration: Familiarity with APIs and third-party integration. Joining: Immediate Joiners Only. Preferred Experience Experience with Rocket.Chat integration or other messaging tools. Exposure to Solr/Elasticsearch using Drupal Search API.
