Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Technical Lead with expertise in .NET development to lead our team. The ideal candidate should have proven experience as a Technical Lead or Team Lead in .NET development projects, with a strong background in software design principles and scalable architecture.

Roles and Responsibility

Lead the development team in designing, developing, and deploying software applications using .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET MVC, and Web APIs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and develop solutions that meet business needs.
Ensure high-quality code by implementing best practices, coding standards, and testing methodologies.
Mentor junior team members to improve their skills and knowledge in .NET development.
Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and quality guidelines.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions to enhance system performance.

Job Requirements

Strong hands-on expertise in .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET MVC, and Web APIs.
Experience with Azure Cloud Services, including App Services, Functions, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and microservices architecture.
Proficiency in SQL Server, Entity Framework, and microservices architecture.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
Strong understanding of software design principles, scalable architecture, and code quality standards.
Exposure to front-end frameworks like Angular or React is a plus.
Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies is desirable.
