About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated developer to join our GAITS application team within GRCT. This is a hands-on role for someone who can hit the ground running, contribute to a collaborative team environment, and take ownership of the entire software development lifecycle—from design to deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust applications using .NET and C#
• Work with both relational and non-relational databases including MSSQL and MongoDB
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Take end-to-end responsibility for delivering high-quality software
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement
• Ask questions, challenge assumptions, and bring a curious mindset to problem-solving

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience with .NET and C#
• Proficiency in SQL, with hands-on experience in MSSQL and MongoDB
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Self-starter with a proactive attitude and a passion for learning

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in agile development environments
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
