Key Responsibility
: Lead a development team to deliver scalable, high-quality .NET applications.
Design and maintain robust software aligned with business needs.
Oversee architecture, ensure coding standards, and manage project milestones.
Collaborate with teams to gather requirements and provide solutions.
Review code, mentor developers, and drive continuous improvement.
Troubleshoot issues, ensure smooth integrations, and apply new tech trends.

Requirements:

5+ years in .NET development (C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, Entity Framework).
Strong in OOP, design patterns, SQL (SQL Server/MySQL), and cloud (Azure/AWS).
Experience with Git/SVN, CI/CD, and web tech (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular/React).
ITS/ITMS experience is a plus.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
