Job Title: Senior .NET Full Stack Developer Experience: 5–8 Years Location: Remote Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Senior Full Stack .NET Developer to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining applications using the .NET ecosystem , strong API integration skills, and proficiency in front-end development. This role involves working collaboratively with technical leads, architects, and cross-functional teams to build scalable and high-performance applications. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications using .NET Framework, .NET Core , and C# Collaborate with technical leads and architects to define new features, enhancements, and platform improvements Develop and integrate RESTful and RPC-based APIs Optimize and refactor existing code for performance and scalability Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers Identify, debug, and resolve production issues Build efficient database queries and develop relational database schemas using MySQL or SQL Server Ensure code quality through unit testing , integration testing , and best software engineering practices Collaborate in an Agile team environment and participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives Maintain technical documentation and support project roadmap alignment Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in the .NET and full stack development landscape Must-Have Skills: 5–8 years of experience in .NET development Strong expertise in C# , .NET Core , and .NET Framework Solid experience with MVC , Web API , and RESTful services Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles Experience with relational databases – MySQL or SQL Server Experience with unit testing , debugging tools, and automated testing frameworks Proficient in SDLC methodologies , particularly Agile Experience with Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket) Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Show more Show less
