   Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a

  technical lead

  on production support issues for ASP.NET Web Forms applications.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex issues across the full stack — frontend, backend, and database.
• Write and maintain efficient

  C# code

  SQL Server

  procedures for rapid fixes and enhancements.
• Use

  JavaScript/jQuery

  to resolve front-end performance and UI issues.
• Perform

  root cause analysis

  , deliver long-term solutions, and contribute to preventive strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, DevOps, QA, Infrastructure).
• Document runbooks, known error databases, SOPs, and support processes.
