Job Summary:

Dot Net Project Manager / Team Lead

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of .NET developers throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Plan, execute, and deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
  • Review code, conduct performance optimization, and ensure best coding practices.
  • Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure smooth coordination among team members.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, track project milestones, and resolve technical issues.
  • Manage project risks and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure proper documentation of the project development and delivery process.
  • Coordinate with QA, UI/UX, and DevOps teams for end-to-end project success.

Technical Skills Required:

  • Strong experience in

    .NET Framework, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC

  • Proficiency in

    C#, Web API, Entity Framework, LINQ

  • Experience with

    Angular / React (preferably Angular)

  • Strong knowledge of

    SQL Server, Stored Procedures, and Database Design

  • Experience in

    Project Management tools

    (like Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps)
  • Good understanding of

    Agile / Scrum methodologies

  • Familiar with

    Cloud services (Azure / AWS)

    – preferred

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in leading development teams and managing projects.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualities:

  • Leadership and mentoring ability.
  • Strong decision-making and ownership mindset.
  • Client handling experience with international clients (UK/US preferred).
