Position Overview:

The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in C# and .NET Core development, with a focus on building and maintaining web applications using .NET Core Web API, Entity Framework Core, and SQL Server/MySQL. Knowledge of front-end technologies like HTML, and CSS, and a basic understanding of Angular or React would be an added advantage.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• CTC Range: As per company norms.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in C#, .NET Core, and .NET Core Web API.
• Experience with Entity Framework Core.
• Strong Knowledge of SQL Server or MySQL.
• Basic front-end skills with HTML and CSS.
• Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using ASP.NET Core Web API, C#, and Entity Framework Core
• Build clean, modular, object-oriented code following OOP principles and best coding practices
• Create and consume RESTful APIs, working with SQL Server or MySQL as back-end data stores
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical specifications and deliver new features
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects to ensure reliability and performance
• Participate in code reviews, maintain technical documentation, and enforce standards
• Stay current with emerging .NET trends, tools, and frameworks

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–4 years of professional experience in ASP.NET Core development
• Strong expertise in C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET Core Web API
• Experience with Entity Framework Core for data access and ORM
• Proficient in SQL Server or MySQL, including schema design and complex querying
• Basic familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and optionally jQuery
• Solid understanding of OOP, design patterns, and code architecture
• Experience with Git version control and basic CI/CD processes
• Excellent analytical, debugging, and communication skills

Nice-to-Have

• Exposure to Microsoft Azure, AWS, or other cloud platforms
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as Angular or React.js
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Prior experience mentoring junior developers or guiding peers
