Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Donor Relations & Outreach Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in donor relations, outreach, and fundraising.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective donor outreach strategies to increase engagement and support.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing donors, including regular communication and stewardship.

Identify new opportunities for growth through research and analysis of donor trends and preferences.

Collaborate with the development team to create compelling proposals and reports.

Manage and track donations, ensuring timely processing and accurate records.

Provide exceptional customer service to donors, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in donor relations, outreach, or fundraising, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.

Strong knowledge of donor-centered fundraising principles and practices.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time management skills.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.

Strong analytical and reporting skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
