Position Title: Head IT Applications Reporting To: Chief Technology Officer Key Responsibilities Requirements Required Skills & Qualifications: Benefits As per Industry Strategic Leadership & IT Governance Define and execute IT application strategy aligned with business goals Lead digital transformation initiatives across trading platforms and internal systems Ensure compliance with SEBI, RBI, and other regulatory bodies Application Development & Management Oversee development, deployment, and optimization of retail trading applications Manage front-end and back-end systems for brokerage services Ensure seamless integration with core systems (CRM, ERP, Risk, Compliance) Infrastructure & Cloud Management Supervise cloud platforms, server infrastructure, and data centers Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of IT systems Drive disaster recovery and business continuity planning Cybersecurity & Data Protection Implement robust firewall and cybersecurity protocols Monitor and respond to security incidents Ensure data privacy and protection across all platforms Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science, IT, or related field with 14-20 Years of experience Exposure to IT application in broking or BFSI sector Strong knowledge of trading platforms, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, and agile methodologies
