Donor Manager

The Tripura Foundation is seeking an experienced Donor Manager to lead donor engagement, fundraising, and the execution of impact-driven campaigns for our social trust. The ideal candidate will have strong fundraising capabilities, reporting skills, and a passion for community welfare initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential donors to ensure sustained support.
• Lead and execute fundraising campaigns, ensuring transparency and execution excellence.
• Oversee ground-level project implementation, including grand feeding events, elderly support programs, ration distribution, and Hope for Learning initiatives .
• Manage and organize photos and videos of projects to show donors the real impact of our work, making sure the stories connect emotionally.
• Prepare and share timely reports and impact summaries with stakeholders, including foreign partners.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient execution of outreach and learning-support projects.
• Uphold the organizations secular values (no religious orientation).
• Develop and implement donor engagement and retention strategies.
• Identify new funding opportunities and prepare funding proposals.
• Manage donor databases and compliance with donor requirements.
• Be willing to travel across Tamil Nadu for on-ground supervision and donor interaction.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in an NGO or social trust environment.
• Strong background in donor engagement, fundraising, and project execution.
• Good communication and reporting skills with experience in domestic and international donor coordination.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and field operations effectively.
• Bachelors or Master's degree in Social Work, Public Administration, or Management preferred.
• Willingness to travel across Tamil Nadu.
