As a person in this position, you will be the link between CRY and CRY-supported projects in the project areas of Bihar. Your responsibilities will include Direct Implementation of programs/ projects partnership management, program management, Financial management , Data analysis grant making, assessing and providing inputs for partners capacity building needs in thematic and systemic areas through quality monitoring and evaluation. You will also be involved in networking & liaison at district level. Documentation and report writing skills.
You must be a Post - Graduate in Social Work, Sociology, Anthropology or Rural Development from a reputed institute. You must have 3 to 5years experience in the field of urban or rural development, having experience in planning, monitoring and evaluating projects, Implementation of programs in the field, interfacing with the government and other stakeholders. Initiative, ability to analyze and focus on outcome will be required to fulfill the role.
You should have experience and skills in grant making role, financial management aspects like financial statement analysis, knowledge & experience in financial system monitoring. You should have fair idea of program monitoring tools & framework. Strong documentation & reporting skills are required. Experience in result based programming and monitoring is preferred.
