Role & responsibilities Lead the overall implementation of the Oil Jigyasa STEM project across two government schools in South Tripura and Gomati districts . Coordinate with school authorities, School Management Committees (SMCs), local administration, and community stakeholders to ensure smooth execution, ownership, and alignment with project goals. Supervise and mentor Academic cum Technical Coordinators, ensuring regular follow-up of STEM classes for children from Class 6 to 10 . Monitor daily school-level activities and ensure timely implementation of planned interventions. Plan and conduct training, orientation, and review sessions for teachers, technical coordinators, and field staff. Facilitate and oversee learning assessments and ensure effective use of STEM tools and labs in the classroom. Lead community engagement efforts to promote sustainability of the initiative beyond the project period. Manage documentation, report writing, and data sharing as per donor and organizational requirements. Collaborate with CRY and Oil India representatives during field visits, joint reviews, and quarterly planning meetings. Qualifications & Skills: Postgraduate or Graduate degree in Education, Social Work, or Science/Engineering. Minimum 45 years of experience in school-based or STEM-focused education projects. Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills. Ability to manage teams, handle documentation, and liaise with government officials. Fluency in Bengali or local language preferred. Willingness to travel across intervention schools.

Role & responsibilities Set up, manage, and maintain STEM lab facilities and technology resources in selected government schools for students from Class 6 to 10 . Role & responsibilities : We are looking for an experienced and motivated professional to serve as Consultant District Convergence for a project in West Bengal. The role requires close engagement with district and block-level stakeholders, providing technical support, strengthening systems, and ensuring alignment with program objectives to address child protection issues, particularly child marriage prevention.' 1. Provide technical support to the Block and MIS personnel at district and block levels for effective project implementation. 2. Identify systemic gaps and develop a Plan of Action (POA) to strengthen Mission Vatsalya and related structures. 3. Facilitate preparation of a district-specific Strategic Action Plan for preventing child marriages and addressing other protection issues, in coordination with the district administration. 4. Engage with district stakeholders through regular meetings, jointly with BAT representatives. 5. Assist the District Administration in developing Terms of Reference (TORs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Guidelines for the District Task Force. 6. Facilitate proactive engagement with the District Task Force (DTF) as per BAT guidelines, and orient members on their roles and responsibilities. 7. Integrate the communication plan with the District Action Plan. 8. Develop a district-specific Management Information System (MIS) aligned with the District Work Plan. 9. Engage proactively with government systems to collect data from multiple line departments. 10. Consolidate district MIS data for district-level sharing. 11. Participate in review and reflection meetings of district-level work at the state level hosted by the district administration. Essential Qualifications & Experience - Postgraduate degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Public Policy, or a related field. - Minimum 35 years of experience in district-level program coordination, government convergence, or child protection work. - Strong understanding of government schemes, district planning processes, and child protection frameworks. - Proven facilitation, coordination, and reporting skills. - Willingness to travel extensively within the district.
