Domestic Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

• Manage

  end-to-end recruitment

  for non-IT and contract positions across multiple industries.
• Work closely with

  MSP programs

  to understand hiring requirements and deliver talent pipelines.
• Utilize

  VMS (Vendor Management Systems)

  to manage requisitions, candidate submissions, and compliance.
• Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and internal databases.
• Handle

  bulk hiring drives

  , walk-ins, and mass outreach to meet high-volume staffing needs.
• Ensure

  timely closure

  of positions while maintaining quality of hires.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, MSP partners, and vendors.
• Maintain accurate recruitment metrics, reports, and compliance documentation.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in

  domestic recruitment

  (non-IT bulk hiring & contract roles).
• Hands-on experience with

  MSP staffing programs and VMS platforms

  (e.g., Fieldglass, Beeline, etc.).
• Proven ability to manage

  high-volume hiring

  under tight timelines.
• Excellent sourcing, screening, and negotiation skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Familiarity with compliance and vendor processes in staffing.
