Domestic IT Recruiter

As a Domestic IT Recruiter at Bangalore location with 6 months to 3 years of experience, your role involves developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, work culture, and environment. You will create an inspiring team environment with open communication culture. Your responsibilities include: - Advertising vacancies through various media channels such as newspapers, websites, and magazines. - Utilizing social media for posting job openings, attracting candidates, and fostering relationships with potential candidates and employers. - Headhunting by identifying and approaching suitable candidates, including those who are currently employed, and utilizing candidate databases for matching candidates with relevant vacancies. - Requesting references, assessing applicant suitability, and presenting details to the client. - Briefing candidates on job responsibilities, salary, and benefits. - Coordinating interviews for candidates as per client requests. - Providing feedback to candidates on their interview results. - Listening to team members" feedback, resolving conflicts, and promoting creativity and risk-taking. - Setting and surpassing targets related to the number of candidates placed. - Reviewing recruitment policies to ensure effective selection techniques and recruitment programs.
