Job Description

Conduct process quality audits, assembly inspections, and ensure compliances on Critical to Quality, Poka-yoke, Process Controls, etc.
Analyze and coordinate required action plans for quality issues observed in Tractor Assembly and Paint Shop to ensure defect-free supply to customers.
Deploy Voice of Customer (VOC) communication at inspection stations through proper Q-Alerts.
Monitor and track quality indicators daily/weekly/monthly, ensuring timely attribution and PDCA follow-ups.
Work with CFT to implement robust and technical solutions for customer issues.
Conduct daily quality meetings with Production Team & CFT members on critical quality issues.

Job Requirements

BE/B Tech/Diploma in Mechanical.
Essential experience and skills: 10-15 years.
Preferred qualifications include knowledge of Sustainability, Productivity, and Innovation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams is necessary.
Excellent communication and coordination skills are required.
