Coordination with Bankers: Serve as the main point of contact between the company and banks, handling communication and ensuring smooth relationships. 2. Document Preparation: Gather and prepare necessary documents for loan applications, credit reviews, and other banking needs. This includes financial statements, tax returns, and supporting documents for credit analysis. 3. CIBIL Score Monitoring: Regularly check the company’s credit score (CIBIL) to ensure it meets requirements for loans or credit facilities, and take corrective action if necessary. 4. Banking Compliance: Ensure that the company complies with banking regulations, including submitting periodic reports, maintaining documentation, and adhering to loan covenants. 5. Responding to Banking Queries: Promptly address queries or information requests from banks, including clarifications on financials or compliance-related matters. 6. Business Plan Preparation: Assist in the preparation of business plans, financial projections, and budgets for submission to banks when applying for loans or credit facilities.
