Job Description

Role Overview: As a Documentation and Back Office professional, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficiency, accuracy, and timely compliance of the documentation processes and back-office operations. This dynamic position requires a meticulous professional with a keen eye for detail and a passion for maintaining organized systems. Key Responsibilities: - Create master data for vendors, customers, transporters, and items. - Handle purchase orders, E-way bills, and GRN tracking, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies. - Convert inquiries into sales quotes/orders, prepare sales invoices and credit notes. - Coordinate with various departments for documentation tasks. - Oversee physical stock verification, assist in organizing and archiving records, and ensure timely compliance with company standards. - Foster effective communication and collaboration both internally and externally. Qualification Required: - Commerce Graduate - Basic knowledge of Documentation and back office. - Familiarity with Taxation: GST including E-invoice & E-Way Bill, TDS & TCS. - Proficiency in Software Skills: Accounting Software like Tally, ERP, MS Office & NAV. - Effective communication skills with internal & external stakeholders. - Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. - Problem-solving skills and flexibility. - System/SOPs Implementation Abilities & Experience.,
