Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide accurate and up-to-date shipment details to customers through milestone reporting.
Prepare commercial documents such as invoice, packing list, insurance, inspection certificates, Form 9, and SDC for shipments to Indian customers for exports from the USA across various payment terms.
Track shipments by coordinating with US offices and shipping companies.
Assist customers in cargo release by liaising with shipping lines, banks, and clearing agents.
Verify post-shipment commercial documents before forwarding them to customers and their respective banks.
Follow up with customers for documents not retired from the bank and for long-stay containers.
Update MIS reports and manage IHC/THC charges.

Basic Qualifications:

Any Graduate
1-2 years of experience in industries such as BPO, Logistics, Shipping, Oceanic, Freight Forwarding, etc.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in rotational shifts.
Task-oriented and dependable.
Strong critical thinking abilities.
Self-starter with a high level of motivation.
Excellent attention to detail.
